Age policy

PIG Hole After Dark is intended for adults 21 and over. PIG Hole Classic is for all ages, with adult supervision for young players.

The age gate

Pages under /after-dark/ ask you to confirm you are 21 or older, then answer three ’90s pop-culture questions (two right to enter; miss and you can enter your birthday instead), before showing any After Dark content. The quiz is a fun check, not identity verification; we do not verify identity on this site. Age is verified at checkout for After Dark purchases. Once you pass, this device is remembered for about a year (a cookie plus browser storage), and a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for one year, so return visits from the same device or network skip the quiz. If you answer no, you are sent to the Classic Edition.

Marketing

The After Dark email list is separate from Classic and asks you to confirm you are 21 or older. We never send After Dark content to the Classic list.
