Privacy policy

This policy explains what information PIG Hole (operated by PIGHole Posse LLC, the data controller) collects on this site and how it is used.

What we collect

• Forms: what you enter in the waitlist, quote, venue, contest and contact forms — for example your name, email, ZIP, organization details and messages.
• Partner accounts: if you sign in to the partner portal, your email, name, venue or company and any requests you send, stored with our authentication and database provider.
• Analytics: pages visited, referring sites and campaign tags (UTM parameters), used in aggregate to improve the site.
• Cookies and device storage: a cookie and a browser-storage entry that remember your After Dark age check for about a year, and any cookies set by our analytics provider.
• Age check by network: when you pass the After Dark age check we store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (never the address itself) for one year, so visits from the same network skip the quiz.

How we use it

• To send launch news and presale offers when you opt in. Classic and After Dark use separate email lists.
• To answer quote, venue, contest and contact requests.
• To measure which pages and campaigns work.

Email marketing consent

We only email you marketing if you tick the consent box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
